Description
A family cottage house in Brittany, in the country-side.
- Number of rooms: 3
- Capacity: 6 people
- Surface Area: 150 m²
- Blankets and pillows are provided.
This entirely renovated cottage was once an old farmhouse. Legend has it that in 1361, Bertrand du Guesclin spent a night at the Ville Esnaud after having battled with an English troop in Meillac and captured its commander Jean Felleton. Having been done up to recreate a medieval atmosphere, you will find recipes and remedies from the 14th century in this cottage, as well as pottery and books of that era. Here are some pictures.
You can see more pictures on Facebook.

The cottage has a magnificent front terrace with an outdoor living room set and a barbecue. For sporting holidays, we offer activities such as table tennis (bats on site) and hiking. For exploring the area around the cottage (Canal d'Ille et Rance, forests etc..), bikes (adult size) are available as well as detailed maps and suggested itineraries.
Inside the cottage, you will find children's comics and books as well as board games for the whole family to enjoy.
